Janice is the founder of JL Learning and Coaching Pte Ltd. She is a professional coach, a team coach, a facilitator and a HR consultant, who promotes Lifelong Learning and Coaching.
As a professional coach, she helps her clients unleash their potentials, empowering them to take action in pursuit of their goals and ambitions, bringing out a version of themselves that they knew they could. As a team coach, she helps organisational teams and families create better awareness of why people behave the way they do and create a pathway towards team synergy, building better bonds with people through self-mastery and action learning. As a facilitator and HR consultant, she specialises in helping organisations transform their culture towards value alignment which drives organisational behaviors and actions towards excellence.

Janice had more than 30 years of working experience for the corporate world. She was trained as a Six Sigma Green Belt during her tenure with Iomega and was awarded one of the best 4 green belt projects amongst more than 30 projects, for bringing USD1.34M returns in profit margin. She was a certified ISO Lead Auditor and had helped her company, Professional Software Systems achieve ISO9000:2001 certification without any help from external consultant. She transited into HR role and had 15 years of experience in Senior HR roles for world leading companies such as Leading Trading House - Trafigura and Leading Storage Company - Vopak . She had proven herself to be someone capable and credible, authentic with high level of integrity and in bringing excellent systems and processes into the love of her work and the love for organisational development and talent management in the last 15 years of her HR career. She left her last job as a HR Director for Asia, to pursue her passion in developing the human potential, as a professional coach and HR consultant in helping organisations transform culture towards individual and organisation excellence, creating the pathway of co-existing in integration, harmony and sustainability.
